We call it the M-Team
The M-Team is the engine of the network: managing daily operations, coordinating activities, and driving growth and development. It cultivates connection, steers strategy, and keeps the network moving forward.
History
Esther414 was born in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic—a global moment of disruption that exposed deep cracks in our systems and structures.
Out of this crisis, a diverse group of people came together: serial entrepreneurs, innovators, visionaries, politicians, pioneers, prophets, coaches, and more. They were united by a shared insight: the world needs new approaches—resilient, imaginative, and spiritually grounded. In response, Esther414 emerged—not as another organization, but as a living, evolving network.
From the beginning, it was designed to be different: a fusion of think tank, innovation lab, and design-thinking hub. But more than that, it placed revelation and inspiration at its core, believing that the most powerful innovations come when wisdom and creativity meet spiritual depth.
Since then, Esther414 has grown as an open and collaborative ecosystem—one that adapts, innovates, and creates pathways where others see only dead ends. It’s a space for pioneers who don’t just want to improve systems but transform them from the ground up.

Why Esther?
We named the network Esther 414 because Queen Esther of the Persian Empire stood for the courage and clarity we need today.
In a moment of crisis, she didn’t give in to fear—she took responsibility, challenged the norms, and acted boldly for her people.
Esther 4:14 marks that turning point. Her example reminds us: even in uncertain times, we are called to act—boldly, wisely, and with purpose.
