We engage in areas of society that are under pressure and in need of renewal. Two fields especially close to our hearts are agriculture and education: Agriculture is stuck in a broken system. Education, too, is struggling to equip the next generation for the world they're inheriting.

Social Profit Organisations (SPOs)—including associations, social enterprises, cooperatives, and churches—play a crucial role in shaping society. But many are stuck in outdated models, facing challenges in relevance, sustainability, and impact.

The church, in particular, has lost much of its influence—its ability to shape lives and contribute to societal transformation. Yet we believe the church is called to be more than a tradition; it’s meant to be a force for change, to inspire faith and shape character.

We encourage all SPOs to reignite their purpose, embrace innovation, and lead with courage—inspiring hope and serving the common good in fresh, transformative ways.
